Overview of the Dutch media landscape.

The Dutch media landscape is complex, diverse, and constantly in motion. From broadcasting to print (newspapers & magazines), from digital media and OOH to social media, audiovisual formats such as podcasts, and interactive media: media brands emerge, disappear, merge, or are acquired. For a strong PR strategy, it is essential to know this landscape and to keep up with it. Only then can you reach the right target groups, at the right moment, through the right channels.

We do this with great enthusiasm by following newsletters from our media contacts and trade media, and through daily contact with editorial teams. For example, we already know several weeks in advance that LINDA. will launch LINDA.mini for young parents in 2026, and we immediately incorporate this into PR activities for relevant clients.

The new year is therefore a great moment to have an up-to-date overview of the media landscape. With the visual we created, this becomes clear at a glance. And it is also useful for new colleagues who are entering the PR profession. Here’s to a year full of great PR stories.
